Instructional videos dont load!

Although I reported this problem today, to ICC...
Nevertheless, I decided to submit this review, in the event that others are having the same issue!
Specifically, I was trying to load a Boris Alterman vid... And it simply wouldnt load after over seven minutes of the indicator just spinning around in a circle...
This was the first time I tried to load a video, as I dont use the app very much, and my primary usage would be when Im traveling...
therefore, I rated it only two stars;

I dont play on ICC at all; my other main usage of this app would be to watch major GM tournaments live on ICC...
Hopefully theres no technical issues with that!
